About Project No 3
We are conscious that every decision we make has an impact and, as such, we are constantly striving to make the best environmental choices we can, while still bringing you a high-quality, long-lasting product. Our beautiful horses are made from the eco-resin Jesmonite, which is water-based and non-solvent, meaning our horses are kinder to the environment than if they were made using many other casting materials. Jesmonite is also known for its resilience and durability - so you're buying a friend for life.
We aim for all our packaging to be made from recyclable or reusable materials.
Our boxes are fully recyclable and the packaging peanuts that protect the horses as they travel to you are fully biodegradable, compostable and reusable. They're made of corn starch!
We won't stop there either. We promise to constantly review every step of our creative process, to see where we can further improve.
Your horse will arrive with its own unique character! Each horse is individually and lovingly made and, as such, will come with its own little quirks and differences. We don't call these variations 'flaws' - we call them 'character'.
We want to pass on the joy of your purchase, so for every horse sold 10% of our profits will go to charity. The charity we are currently supporting is the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) to help the efforts in Ukraine and Afghanistan. To find out more please visit the DEC website.
Before we create your horse, we add our specially chosen pigments. This means the beautiful colour runs all the way through the horse, rather than just the outer layer.
While we do our best to make your lovely horse as close to the colour on your screen, we can't promise an exact match, as all screens, and horses, have their own little differences.
Your purchase from Project No 3 has been made to bring you JOY. If for any reason this is not the case, then we are happy to accept returns of full-price items from our online store within 14 days of purchase. The items must be in the same condition as they were received and in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Please note you will have to pay for the cost of mailing your items back to us. Please email us at email@example.com explaining that you wish to return your item.
Each of our horses are individually made and, as such, will have unique markings and quirks, from the creation process, which makes up their character. While the utmost is done to protect your special horse for delivery, occasionally, something might go wrong along the way. If your horse has arrived and is damaged, we are so sorry - to both you and the horse. We want to make this right.P lease send us a picture of your horse and the packaging via email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into what happened and hopefully ensure it doesn't happen again. We will then reship a new horse to you free of charge.
We can only accept returns of faulty items if the horses were damaged when delivered to you. If the damage is deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear, we will not be able to accept it as faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and money will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
